*Issue* Roland TM-2 trigger module & PreSonus audiobox with clamp cord & extras

Cosmetically everything is in good shape.
There is a powering up issue with the TM-2 module. You have to press and hold the power button for it to power up and power off properly. If you quick press the power button sometimes the screen stays blank, or it wont get passed the "Roland TM-2 trigger module" screen. If it doesnt power up properly you have to unplug it and try again because it wont shut off.
While listing this i successfully started it up 20+ times back to back by pressing and holding the power button and everything was fine.
There's also sometimes a faint high pitched frequent tone that can be heard when powering up that i cant explain.
