    Description

    US Naval Practice Cutlass marked Navy Yard Boston Mid to late 19th Century.
    A very nice US naval wood practice cutlass with leather cup guard marked US Navy Boston. I believe mid to late 19th century. It is in good condition with great patina and solid thick leather guard. There are some small flakes from the leather guard and small dents in the wood from use. The turned wood grip has an age split at the base   Wood blade is 29.5 inches OAL is 36 inches.
