This amp is a GREAT little workhorse! It can even handle bass guitar at lower volumes! It handles the highs with a small 2" piezo-electric tweeter that can be seen in the upper left hand corner of the speaker grill. So it handles the full range of electric drums, but also does well with guitar and keyboard. Keyboard amps generally need a lot more bass end capability, but because electric drums also need that for the bass drum, this amp is well suited for keys as well.
Note: If you look at reviews (and I always do), you may see one with only 3 stars from Asia. You should ignore that one (in my opinion) since it 1) wasn't to do with this sale, and 2) more importantly, isn't related to the quality of this product. That reviewer deducted TWO Stars just because it wasn't designed to work on 220 volts! How many musical products here in America, do you think, operate on 220 volts? Really? Without that  review, the product would have had a review rating of 4.8-5.0, which it should...
