Mesh Drum Pad w/sensitivity knob.  This is from a Crimson II Special Edition Kit, and includes a 1.5" clamp, 1/4" TRS cable, and L Bar you see pictured.
It is compatible with most Alesis, Simmons, & Roland kits.
I also sell snare stands for if you check my other listings.
