FDC has the FIRST of THREE Canada
Picture Postage stamps which commemorate the World Championship. Officially released on Nov. 19 it was one of the last stamps printed by Canada Post with their Picture Postage program
NB - Canada Post cancelled its Picture Postage Program under which this stamp was printed on Aug. 31, 2022.
RE-PRINTS of this stamp and additional FDC's are not possible.
There were different stamps/FDCs created for this event.
1) PK # 213 - 'P' Value from Booklet of 12 -GREEN Frame
2) PK # 214 - 'P' Value from Sheet of 25 -PURPLE Frame
3) PK # 215 - "Airmail - .71" Value (Sheet) -GREEN Frame
Canada Post printed a
very limited
issue (Picture Postage) commemorating this Championship. The stamps and FDC's will be listed in the CPPC (Canadian Picture Postage Collectors catalogue:  www   picturepostage - net. The estate of the late Darlene Burt, the webmaster of the picture postage website indicated that they will add new stamps now that the program has come to its end.
