Original one page 8 1/2 x 11 carbon typescript for the short, short story THE MAN WHO WAS THIRSTY by Bram Stapledon (pseudonym for Forry Ackerman).
Upon reading this story it was obviously by Forry as he had a very unique writing style. But I had to confirm it. Surprisingly this title was listed on Forry's Wikipedia page so I then went to the authors listings on Fictionmags (http://www.philsp.com/homeville/FMI/s/s15.htm#TOP) and there it was:
