round, Gray lettering: Hurricane POLICE W.VA..
Seems obsolete & used in good condition for it's age, nice color appeal, front/n/back, cheesecloth back has cracks from wear n tear, age/usage, there are bends across center bottom tip, Black background Black thread edges.
