MXR M117R Flanger
Back by popular demand, the MXR flanger creates a variety of wild sounds from dynamic jet plane or cool space effects to short delay, chorus and vibrato. Back off Width to zero to disengage auto-sweep, then use the Manual knob to physically place the effect anywhere along the frequency spectrum; Use with guitar, bass, keyboards or vocals! Power: Two 9-volt batteries (some early models may not have this feature), or Dunlop ECB-004 18-volt AC Adapter - Controls: Footswitch toggles effect on/bypass (red LED indicates on) Manual knob selects frequency center of effect when auto-sweep is disengaged Width knob at zero disengages auto-sweep, rotates clockwise to increase total phase sweep of effect Speed knob modulates rate of effect Regen knob feeds effect back onto itself at adjustable intensity, increasing the total phase effect.

This MXR M117R Flanger comes with a free
JRR Pedals BBD Analog Flanger Pedal
. The BBD Flange uses a genuine analog Bucket Brigade Delay chip to create its flanging, chorus, rotary, and ring mod effects, the same chip used in vintage analog chorus pedals such as the Ibanez FL9 that it is based on.
The BBD Flange provides a wide array of time modulation effects thanks to its Manual knob, which sets the center delay time. All the way up, it is a rich, jet-like flanger. In the middle, it is a lush chorus. All the way down, it is a modulation delay. Ring mod effects can be accomplished by turning the Rate knob all the way up, modulating your sound with an audio frequency oscillator. The Width knob sets the size of the oscillation, from a slight quiver to a synth-like vibrato. The Regen knob sets the delay feedback to intensify the effect. The Regen knob can also be made to self oscillate when turned all the way up, an effect only found authentically in true analog flanger pedals.
The BBD Flange features true bypass switching. It does NOT run on batteries and must be used with a standard 9V power supply. Any 9V power supply made for pedals will work.
