  • Condition: Super Rare MXR-185 Drum Machine, made only in 1983. Great alternative to Linndrum, etc. Pre-MIDI, EPROM machine. This is rare and one of the more idiosyncratic drum machines of the period. Great cosmetic condition and fully functional, all pads working, buttons working, etc. It does probably need battery change as it doesn't retain patterns after unplugging for very long. ALSO Please note, the 185 is really quirky, for example you have to set the pattern length before you start trying to program patterns or it will just sit there :) and sometimes it will crash on you and you have to power off and on if you don't set pattern length before you start programing (I've had 3 and they all behave exactly this way until you replace the battery)
