Description

Original Civil War Mansfield & Lamb M1860 Cavalry Sword and Scabbard with very desirable 1863 production date. This sword has a really nice blade that is full length with the Mansfield & Lamb Maker Mark on one side and US/ CEW (Inspector Initials) / 1863 on the reverse. The wrap has worn down to the wood in places from service but still has partial original leather remaining. The Scabbard is complete with both mounts, throat and JM inspector marked drag. A great example that will add to any Civil War Collection or Museum. Please see all photos for condition
