    Description

    Up for sale we have a nice M1850 Officers sword. This is still as found from attic I found it in many years ago. This is signed Klingenthal on spine.  Blade still has a very nice frosting over most of blade.  The only thing I have done is put a thin layer of light oil to coat blade as when I found it there were spots that were darkening. Handle is still tight to blade and this still fits in the scabbard as should. Grip has no cracks and it will be easy to rewire.  Only thing I see is age related, darkening in spots to blade, the scabbard seam separating, and the middle fitting a bit loose. Will be a nice addition to any collection.
