Fantastic Civil War M1850 Ames Sword Sword, Officers Sword, Nice & Clean
Up for sale we have a very nice Model 1850 Ames Civil War Officers sword. Blade is straight and clean with no nicks. Still has very nice frosting on the blade that really makes the etched blade pop. Handle is very tight to blade without movement and wire on grip is intact and original . Blade also fits into leather scabbard without issues. Scabbard is above average without damage and as you know most have cracking issues or even broken so this one is will be hard to upgrade.
Found stored away and this has contributed to the outstanding condition of the Ames M1850. Will be hard to upgrade and a welcome addition to your collection.
