Our images are made using a scanner at very high resolution, exposing many minor flaws that are NOT visible to the human eye. On rare occasions, especially with pins that have gold and silver which may not scan well, I will use actual photographs.

Description: A pioneering programme promoting quality of life in the workplace. Disneyland (r) Paris has developed a pioneering approach to the quality of employee life in the workplace.  Winner of the Living Better at Work award in 2010, the Castmemberland programme enhances quality of life for all Cast Members.
Run by a dedicated team, Castmemberlands missions include: enhancing backstage common areas- food service areas (18 across the site) and places to relax or do sports- making them more comfortable, practical and Cast Member-friendly, providing practical services on site: employee mutal insurance agency, banking services, dry cleaners, hair salon, beauty salon,organizing internal events to relax and have fun with fellow Cast Members: Christmas party, private film screenings, sports competitions like the Fun Run.
All Cast Members are regularly surveyed to evaluate the programme as a whole and its various services, as well as to propose improvements and additions. That way, the programme can evolve in the right direction, meeting everyone's needs, and giving Cast Members what they want.
The Castmemberland programme sponsors activities and workshops based on Cast Member skills, a great place to meet new people and learn something too. In 2015, for example, Alison Le Flem, Biodiversity Mission Rep, ran a fun Cast Member awareness workshop on the unique role of bees in nature and at Disneyland ® Paris. For the occasion, some fifty Disneyland ® Paris landscapers took part in a tasting contest to identify the specific flowers used to produce honey samples.  RenVicogne, our resident beekeeper, also shared his know-how on the Apis Mellifera species, the domestic bee found at Disneyland ® Paris.

However, returns for issues other than shipping damage are permitted up to 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is in the condition it was sent.
