DEAUVILLE 1929 Large Water Pitcher Art Deco Silverplate No Monogram Lot #1 G

Description

We are pleased to offer a large and lovely silverplated water pitcher from Community Plate.  Community made holloware to match its flatware for some of its more popular patterns.  In its day, holloware was expensive so it is hard to find today.
The Deauville pattern is one of an Art Deco theme - the design can be seen on the sides of the piece.  It has a classic look and will look terrific on your table - great for holiday entertaining or a perfect gift for any Deauville collector!
Condition:
Excellent - there is a slight crease on one side near the bottom (see photo) but no silver wear, loss or shadows.  There are no monograms and the pattern is crisp and well defined with the factory applied blackening intact.  It has been hand polished so there will be no surprises; any dark spots in the photos are reflections only.  The inside is exceptionally clean and ready for immediate use.  It is marked on the bottom with Community Plate 15962.
