Condition:
The cruciform socket bayonet is in fair condition. There are no major defects but there rust is prevalent around the socket area and the scabbard is in delicate shape. In addition to the rust, the socket has
light scratches. Cruciform blade
comes to a point and the tip is intact. There are minor chips and dings on the blade. Some of the finish still remains on the blade but the entire socket area is rusty. The sheath is in fair/poor condition. Leather is dried out, metal is rusty. The stitching is still held together on most of it. Some of the leather finish has come off. As with all used items, a light cleaning may be necessary to meet your standards. Please see our photographs for a better understanding of the contents and its condition.
