    Description

    Civil War Socket Bayonet
    This old bayonet is about 14 3/4" long overall and the triangle-shaped blade is about 11".  It is hard to read but there is what looks like a W and some other marks on both sides of the curved area.
    Weapon is in good condition for its age.  See photos.  The ring around the socket is all there but broken.
    A nice piece to add to your collection.
