    Description

    US Civil War Clip Point Bowie Side/Boot Knife. There are no maker marks. The antler grip has crack lines. The grip is a little loose and the guard is a bit more loose. The blade is straight, has been sharpened (it is sharp), the tip is also sharp, a few small/minor nicks along the edge, and has some pitting throughout. Length of the blade is 5 3/16" (7/8" wide and 1/4" thick spine), and overall it is 8 3/4".
