    Has Appolo and E.P.N.S. stamped on bottom:
    electro-plated nickel silver. numbered 6238
    Heavy patina and tarnish present.   Some scrapes and marks. Could use a good cleaning and polishing...or left as is to maintain vintage look.   Check pictures.
