This is a Tooling Block with
    multiple clearance diameters
for use with an Arbor Press or other shop tools.
This Block is ideal for working with pins, bushings, bearings, broaching, repair work and assembly work.
With this block you will have multiple diameters right at your fingertips.
No more searching and searching for an old part or piece of metal with a suitable clearance diameter.
This block is thick and strong yet is small enough to be handled and positioned easily with one hand when working with an arbor press or other tools.
Fits easily in any toolbox.  It's the perfect accessory for your arbor press--whether your's is hydraulic,  manual, or whether it's just a vise or a hammer and drive punch.
This Block is precision machined in the US from Type 410 Stainless S
teel, also known as Chrome Alloy steel.
410 Stainless can be hardened.  It is similar to 4140 but with a high chromium content to resist corrosion.
    It will not rust
    .
This Chrome Alloy steel product will hold up extremely well in settings such as factories, machine or repair shops, schools or tool crib situations.
Two Blocks may be easily paired, to create a stable pressing setup, by inserting bar stock through the same size hole in each block.
It is 3 inches wide, 5 inches long and is .9 inch thick.
It has 13 holes of the following sizes:
    Hole sizes 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 and 7/16 inch
    are 1/64 (.015 inch) oversize.
    Hole sizes 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 1, 1 ¼, 1 ½ and 2 inch
    are 1/32 (.030) oversize.
