Description

Antique Ridabock NY US Public Health Services & Marine Hospital Model 1860 Sword.  Sword marked by Ridabock & Co. New York NY on blade.  Etched on both side, has USPHS on one side as shown.  Scabbard is only partial, it has ripped at some point and other portion is missing as shown.  Blade measures 32.5" and sword measures 38.5" overall.  Blade and handle both show tarnishing and wear.  Not sure of exact date, but likely Late 19th century.  See photos.
