    Description

This silver plated thermal jug/pitcher was manufactured in Meriden, Connecticut in early 1900s.  Stands about 6.25" tall with nice fitting hinged lid.  No apparent dents and scratches.  Highly tarnished.  We have not attempted to polish it for fear of damaging the finish.  Weighs 2 lbs 1.4 oz without packaging.  Thermal glass lining is in tact. There is a little jingle when pitcher is gently shaken, suggesting a particle of some sort is inside the pitcher between the glass liner and metal where it cannot be seen.
