Offered for auction a stunning "ANTIQUE AESTHETIC PAIRPOINT SILVER QUADRUPLE PLATE TILTING WATER / BEVERAGE PITCHER & STAND WITH PORCELAIN LINER".  This elegant Pitcher is accented with a raised (repousse) facial representation of a bearded Man / Nobleman / King (LOL)  on the spout (photo 2).  There are many other raised and pierced decorations on this pitcher and stand.  Pitcher Dimensions: Height...12 1/2", Width...11 1/2", Depth...7".  Stand Dimensions: Height...20 1/2", Width...10", Depth...10 1/2".  Total weight...11 Lbs.  The impressed markings on the Pitcher underside reads: PAIRPOINT MFG. CO., NEW BEDFORD, MASS., QUADRUPLE PLATE, 1850 1/2  and (P) enclosed in diamond shape.  This Tilting Pitcher and Stand are in very good antique pre-owned condition, with no scrapes or repairs.  There is a small impression on the pitcher (photo 11), slightly noticeable, but worthy of disclosure.  There is some loss of silver plating.  The porcelain liner is in very good condition with normal wear, no chips or cracks.  The option to polish this pitcher and stand is left to the discretion of the buyer.  .
