"35th Anniversary Festival Barbie" #12670 is a "Limited Edition Sale Barbie Doll" with rooted eyelashes that was manufactured in China for Mattel in 1994.  She was created especially for "Mattel's 35th Anniversary Barbie Festival" and limited to an edition of only 3500 dolls made!  She is dressed in a white and hot pink satin gown detailed with a silver lame bow at its waistline, white heels in baggy, and coordinating silver jewelry.  Included are her original box, her 35th Anniversary hang tag (creased), COA, and other paperwork.  Her box sustains wear, tear, soil, and creasing from age and storage.  Barbie is beautiful and UN-played with!
