Tonight, in separate auctions, I will be listing a large collection of original photographs taken at the 1904 ST LOUIS WORLD'S FAIR / LOUISIANA PURCHASE EXPOSITION.
These photos are all from a local Florida estate, and fresh to the market. I believe many, if not all, are unpublished views. Although the photographer is unidentified, he or she was quite talented, and certainly had extensive access to the grounds.
This is not a later copy or reprint, this is an ORIGINAL c1904 ANTIQUE TYPE-1 PHOTO. A "Type 1 Photo" is a first generation photograph, developed from the original negative, during the period.
