You are purchasing 1 -unopened factory sealed roll of border measuring- 10.25 inches tall by 15 feet long.  Add the desired number of borders to your cart to take advantage of a generous multiple purchase discount- I ship fast and the shipping is on me.
Border is pre-pasted, I strongly suggest the use of adhesive - even when using pre-pasted paper.
I ship Monday thru Friday. I leave for the post office everyday at 3pm Central time.  All purchases ship within 48 hours of completed payment, barring Sunday's and Postal Service holidays.
Our mail goes through the Chicago post office, about 3% of our first class packages are delivered one or two days later than anticipated by ebay. Holiday's and inclement weather,  can cause postal delays. I have seen delays for no fathomable reason other than the Chicago post office is a busy place.  Please watch your tracking number and if your package status changes to "ARRIVING LATE"  know that this is the result of the mail clog at the Chicago post office and it is beyond our control. Often times this costs Shipping both ways and the price of tape, envelopes,  and sometimes specialty shipping supplies if they cannot be salvaged for reuse.
